Training @ ATT

whats up people,

so as you know im at ATT training hard and i thought i would keep you guys updated so.........this is whats going on,

Monday, had a quick reality check and was quickly reminded of where i was and who i was sparring with when i recieved a particually harsh slam courtesy of mike brown.

Tuesday, up nice and early thank you jetlag but im very ready for training today espically seeing as its team sparring(stand up) which is where all the pro fighters get together and spar for about 2/3 hours, you will see the likes of JZ,mike brown,Tibao,thiago alves,wilson govia,yves and last but not least marcello garcia and many more.

Wednesday, possiable the day i look forward the least conditioning with benki the ATT's top condition coach and i tell you he lives up to his name with some of the hardest drills ad exercises i have done.

Thursday, Team sparring again but this time it's all MMA starting off with techniques taught by Ricardo Liborio himself and marcelo garcia then its down to sparring.

Friday, Thank god its so nearly the weekend only one more day of training after this so kickboxing with oulli mohammed one of ATT number one striking coaches along side gold medalist Howard Davis JR.

Saturday,Fight specific conditioning and sparring and the hardest training of the week,we are set in groups of 4 spar ten minute rounds then do some of the hardest conditioning ever,my partners for today were JZ,Marcello garcia and Ashleigh Grimshaw.

Sunday,sleep in and kisck Ash's and Mikes ass at wii tennis and eat all the junk food im not allowed during the week WHOOPS shouldnt say that.

Oh one more thing all this training takes part in the morning, in the evening Howard Davis takes me through pad drills and sparring, five minute rounds with only thrity seconds break as for this fight i'm tuning up my boxing skills

Reading FX3 - Saturday March 15th

Hi,
The fight went well on Saturday. As you know I fought FX3 veteran Frederic Fernandez, a BJJ blackbelt. I wanted to stand up and trade but my opponent sort of slowed the fight down a lot, he ended up trying to take me to the ground as I expected, he didn’t really want to stand up and fight, that made it quite annoying in some ways, but end of the day I got the result using a grappler submission hold.

Back to training now. Will keep you posted.
